I use these for very fine detail painting and adding very small details to my HO model train layout.They work perfectly. They hold the figures, for example, so I can easily paint the very tiny figures. Withthe addition of a camera on the brush and the smartphone app which shoes me exactly what is in front of y tiny brush I can actually paint eyes, lips, etc on my tiny people. HO scale is 1:87.

If you work on gundam, this wont be an ideal option, however if you take the plastic out, pretty good

They are literally impossible to bend even with vissgrips. Also a "very strong" effert is needed to cut the wire with heavy duty wire cutters. I have no idea as to what they are made of. It would be extremely useful if I could bend them.

For miniature painting they are par at best for me. With the rubber protection on it doesn’t grab small items well. Rubber off and it will damage plastic. Better for bigger pieces. Metal rods are kinda a pain to bend.

So I love the rubber cover to the teeth don't mark (jewelry for me.) However, they don't hold as well because of this cover.They can be bent quite easily just behind the clasp, accidently found that out.But their greatest redemption is the value and cost. It can't be beat.

"Sticks" are sturdy. Clips hold well. If your making your own base for these like I did out of scrap wood, a 3/32 drill bit is the perfect size for the sticks to slide into.

Great clips for airbrushing those smaller bits. Like that they have the rubber tips. Feel well made n come with a nice case to keep them all in.

They do the job well.
