Stopped working after 30 mins of first run. Got it serviced once from the manufacturer. But again it worked for 20 mins only. The manufacturer asks me to send the item again to Kerala for service.Completely fed-up and frustrated.Go for this item only when:• If you are a free bird to spend your time for dismantling often for service.• Don't relay on this machine for your• Keep enough money to pay for shipping to Kerala for service• learn to speak Malayalam if you wanna call or chat on WA.• Have enough patience to run after the plumber for installation• Be ready to hear blames on your panels, connection, wiring, land, air, sun, birds, water etc.Sorry being very sarcastic on this review. This is because I'm fed-up to the core with this item. Don't fall for the positive reviews here or posted on social media.

The BLDC motor is simple to operate .. just connect it to the Solar panel or a 24V battery and it will run...BUt it is not physically well designed to operate under water ...the body, Nuts and bolds got rusted in 2 month of operation. It worked well for 2/3 months and stopped. when i lifted from the borewell i saw lot of mud gone inside the motor cylinder and the nuts were rusted .. The after sales support is worst.. the company RIPS Technology is operting from Mallapauram ,Kerala and they dont have any branches or service stations.. They work like a local cottage industry.. You cant call them and talk .because mostly they wont pickup the call. Even if they pick up the respond in Malayalam language only with poor communication. They have a whatsapp but you get only 1 word answer or no answer at all.The BLDC technology is good.. no doubt with it.. BUt still we need to wait for a trusted company to come in to this area.. Untill then these kind of unethical companies will keep playing ...If you still want to try DC motors go for surface motors(that operate above ground) because atleast we can see whats going on..I have attached a photo here after i pulled up RIPs submersible 250W motor from the borewell. The motor upper part & bottom part got separated as there is only a small nut connecting them together.ThanksSuresh

Screw displacement has many advantages over traditional impeller design, and I am fan of it. The down side is it requires replacement once in a year. Being light weight one person can lift for replacement even in a 300 feet well. But the screw and stator is non available. So what is the point in selling this model if you dont have a plan for spare parts? Any response from seller in the QA is appreciated.

Don't buy this product, very worst worked for three months only, and also worst service center

Best Product and works very good with less solar power ,working with single 330W panel with 30M head ,and 1500 LPH

Please do not buy any products from rips. They repair and send the refurbished product and not new one. Once your return window closes your product will stop working within 15 days and you cant do anything about it. They mention as 1 year warranty but when we tried to contact them there is no response. After a lot of effort they replied saying send us the product and we will do the replacement. We shipped the product to them but after that they are not attending the call nor replying to messages. So both money and product are gone now. Please do not buy any product from them.
