This is my 2nd hot tub, first time trying this make and I must say it is brilliant, my old tub only had jets around the bottom but this one also has jets that shoot up so gives a lovely massage on you back, also it heats up very well, usual noise with the tub excellent performance very easy to use and set up is very quick and for only £240 what I paid it’s worth it

I would not recommend this product as it didn't work when it arrived, All instructions were followed but despite this the heating function didn't work, I spent 3 days trouble shooting of reasons why it wouldn't heat with no success. When I tried to exchange the item for a new one I was told that would not be possible and would have to wait for up to 2 weeks for a refund. My children were really looking forward to using this but were met with disappointment. I would highly recommend paying a bit extra to get a descent one.

Hot tub is better than I expected for the price.

The product would be great if it worked. Having only managed to have it working once, there seems to be something wrong with these hot tubs. On my second one and it has the same faults as the first one which happened on both of these almost instantly. The fault shows F1 and it doesn’t matter what process you go through, you end up back where you started. It warms up for a short time and then shows F1.On a positive note, it was a great product when it worked the ones. And the returns procedure/ getting a refund works great.

Perfect for the money. Jets powerful enough to give a full body massage. 6 person tub, 3 people can be in there at once with plenty of room, excellent tub for couples too. Have build a wooden surround for it to protect the tubs integrity. We feel this hot tub is certainly the best we've owned, pump is discretely hidden and is activated via remote. This purchase was absolutely worth it. 5 stars (totally deserved)

I ordered a square hot tub but got a round one. Not happy about that. I ordered square to fit in somewhere but Hot tubs are few and far between these days it seems. I'll have to stick with what I have. Early days but If I'm happy I will upgrade.
