Works so far. Be sure to prime your pump before testing.
All parts were in the package. Everything fit correctly. I've ran it twice now and it's quiet and works good as new. This part is updated and does not use a screen lock ring but instead uses a suction ring. I assume the screen type was causing to many clogs/ problems. One thing that is very very important to know is that you need to prime the pump after install. No instructions or videos mention this but it will be very loud and won't pump water if you don't. Just pour water into the dish washer around the drain, 4 or 5 cups. If you skip that step and run it too long you can damage the pump and new parts you installed. Over all I'd recommend this repair kit over buying a new pump assembly.

GE Profile Dishwasher Runs Quite Now
My dishwasher started making a buzzing sound during the wash cycle. I researched the internet and watch a few YouTubes regarding what may be the issue. Due to the cost of replacing the whole motor/pump I decided to try this first. Upon removing my Motor/pump assembly I noticed a small piece of plastic caught in the food empeller which eventually was the source of my buzzing sound. After watching a few YouTubes on how to replace, I was successful in changing out the circulation pump assembly. Now my dishwasher runs very quite. Total time from start to finish was less than an hour. The circulation pump repair took about 15 minutes.

Missing parts
Like others have said it's only the outer ring that is sent even though the model number on it suggests that it is the entire repair kit

Stopped my DW from making a squealing noise. A little difficult to install.
Two years ago our DW started making a squealing noise at certain times when running. I read online that the food chopper blade probably had some food wrapped around it and needed to be cleaned. I removed the DW and disassembled the DW to get to the food chopper blade and sure enough there was food wrapped around it. I clean the blade and reassembled the unit.a year later the noise was back. I cleaned the blade again, but this time the noise didn't go away. After reading online that the impeller unit can also make this noise, I purchase this part and installed it. The DW is now quiet again. There is a good video on YT that shows you how to access and replace this part. Good luck.

The impeller blade that came with this assembly was smaller ...
The impeller blade that came with this assembly was smaller than the original that came with my dishwasher despite this being the official replacement set.

Good replacement part. Fast shipping
Lightning fast Prime shipping. Although part was a little different from original it fit and worked just fine. The directions are very good so even if you think you have it figured out because you took it apart, be sure and read them.

Great product for a DIY'er
The seal for the impeller failed on our dishwasher. I was very pleased to find the replacement kit on Amazon (we have Amazon Prime with 2 day free shipping). I had no problems installing the impeller kit. It works well and it has been in use for about the last 6 months (since installing the kit). We run the dishwasher about every other day.

Didn't know we needed this but thanks to Google & Amazon, we did need it!
We pretty much had to gut the dishwasher and rebuild it and Google suggested we replace this along with the pump. Thank goodness Amazon paired up the impeller to go with the pump we needed or we would have no clue what an "impeller" was. Unfortunately, we had to hire someone to replace it cause of where it was located, but in the end, it was cheaper than getting a new dishwasher. I think the dishwasher cleans better now than when it was new. :)
