Soft mat. Easy to store. I really like the blocks. I have a hard time sitting with my legs crossed and the blocks prevent the painful tension. I’m new to exercise and this kit has everything I needed to get started. Quality materials. No slipping, ripping, or straps breaking. Buying separately is very expensive. This kit is a fantastic value!

Exactly what I wanted.
This is a great yoga, beginner, set for beginner like myself. The Matt is very soft in the blocks are sturdy.

Très confortable mais pas assez anti-derappant
Très confortable étant 1po depais. Cependant, il pourrait être un peu plus anti-dérappant car il bouge un peu lorsque j'y fait mes redressements assis.
