From Dr. Cao: Thank you for your question. While a few early customers reported a noticeable reduction in the darkness of age spots, I have not conducted a study on this topic. Good news is that this study is on my to do list!

Yes, the earlier you start the better in long run. I love this product and use it daily. Personally, I started way to late, but still see improvement daily.
