This my second purchase of the holder, it's easy to use and install, allows for my ring device to be angled to give me a wide view of my street and the front of my gate

The true is I was afraid at the moment I installed it because it was raining a lot and I thought that my ring may be damage at this time, but from that point I have 3 months tested and my ring is working fine. I’m really happy with this

My wiring for the Ring Doorbell was on a side wall. I was perplexed as to what would be a quick and easy fix. This does the job. Easy to install, easy to adjust, and so far is holding up great. I wouldn't call it heavy duty, perhaps medium to light duty. But once it is installed there is no reason to touch it. Pushing the actual doorbell does not affect it at all. I would recommend it as a solution for those who need to use a sidewall for their camera doorbells.

Great product! I would give it 5 stars, but i have a suggestion for the instructions. Add that you need a drill bit. I needed to use a 15/64 bit to make that holes for the anchors to be hammered in and fit snugly. Other than that its a great product, seems durable for what its used for and its easy to install once you use the drill bit to drill the anchor holes (luckily thats step one). I highly recommend this product for anyone with a ring doorbell video 3!

Works good

Bought this because my front door has no shelter from the rain nor sun. So far haven't had rain to test it. Installation instructions were good. The rain guard portion is very flimsy; one of the tabs broke. I get it, it has to flex during installation. Their customer service responded immediately, replacing the whole kit rather than just the rain guard. This second time installing, I kept the Ring doorbell back plate slightly loose and it made slipping the rain guard into place easier. I recommend.

Helps keep weather off ring and allows better adjustments to angle.

This thing was hard to use, trying to figure out how to put the camera in and adhere it to the door just made me buy the other one again. Too complicated and cheap, it broke, so I couldn’t even return it!
