Wished it had been packed in dry ice like the slices ones come. But the cones were still frozen. I cut it s little thicker than the skiced ones come. This allowed fir more flavor in the gyros sandwiches. In my opinion much better than the sliced ones we were buying. It will take a while fir my wife and i ti go through 40 pounds of meat but i will buy agsin after we do.
