I needed an additional cord for charging my heart monitor device ( Polar armband) for my travel kit. The device pops into a cradle with a male USB plug so I needed this male to female cord. The cord itself feels heavy and of a good gauge / thickness with a braid around it. I'm actually going to see if the brand makes other cords so i can have some USB C and Micro USB cords as well.

Sturdy. Almost too sturdy. Very stiff. 10ft length is great. Not suggested if you don’t need 10 feet because of the stiffness.

I bought this cable so I could move my computer speakers to a better location.

I use this extension cord to make it possible to power a world globe that illuminates and comes with a short power cord with USB input and an on/off switch, but the USB cord which connects to the world globe is too short to reach the power outlet into which I have an ELEGRP USB Plug Adapter with 2 AC Outlets and 1 Type A & 1 Type C USB outlets, so this cord allows me to plug in the world globe to the USB Type A outlet on that device.The only possible shortcoming of his cord is that the Male USB Plug of the power cord of the world globe does not fully insert into the female receptacle of this extension cord (leaving a small silver area exposed), but it is unclear whether this is caused by the extension cord or by the characteristics of the Male USB plug that came with the world globe. Anyway, it serves its purpose and I am happy with it.
