Perfect
Thorne is an amazing brand and I’ve not found a product of theirs yet that I don’t benefit from. I’m on month two of these and they’re really helping curve my evening snacking habits.

These supplements are great!! I take one in the morning after a smoothie or light breakfast. I will eat a very small something around 1 or 2 & take another one. I eat a very small supper & am good to go till the next morning. They really do curb my appetite. Thorne is an excellent company. Doctors have told me THEY trust Thorne. I don't have much stress to deal with so I can't say much about that aspect. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Helped appetite and energy but not stress
I have been taking these for a few weeks. I definitely think it has helped decrease my cravings and also boosted my energy a bit. However I have not found it helpful with stress/anxiety so far. I am seeing enough benefits that I plan to continue to take it. Maybe it will help with stress over time

Good but had side effects
This worked great, I noticed a slight difference in how I felt. However, I did notice some side effects such as headache, stomache, and irritability.

Like the extra B's in this!
Awesome! Helps with cravings, kidneys and seems to balance blood sugar! This has additional B-vitamins that other relora products don't have. I have to try it out for a while, to compare it to others, because with the added B and other ingredients, I'm not sure the relora content is as high. I may just take 3 at a time instead of two and see how that works. Thorn Uses coblimated Bs (better bioavailability), which are often hard to find, and work for those who can't process the regular Bs.

It's working
I immediately noticed a difference- better sleep and reduced cravings! It's been a huge help for me.

By far the best brand!
I have to take about 30 Thorne pills a day (doctor's orders) and I have to say I absolutely love them I feel so much better and they're always fresh sealed and fast shipped great company excellent quality!
