Cheap and cheerful
This unit was bought to be used inside an arcade machine shell. It was one of the few items that came with a power lead. When you turn the unit on, you have a Chinese lady shout at you. Chinese for Bluetooth, AUX and Radio. Sound quality isn't great. Manual bass and treble. Cheap and cheerful and more importantly, it works.

Fab little item
After reading the reviews I was dubious and thought of going for a more expensive item however I decided as it was only for a garden party I'd buy this 1, I am amazed how people could knock it, it's a great little box of tricks, plug and play with good volume and sound feeding 4 speakers more than enough for my needs 5*

Potentially dangerous. Metal case, no earth.
The amp worked quite reasonably, but I returned it as I wasn't happy about a metal cased unit that didn't have an earth. In the eve t if a fault internally I felt that it could very well be dangerous. Reported to trading standards as I wasn't sure if it was actually legal. Replaced with a slightly more expensive unit that is properly earthed.

Superb for price, but annoying light and voice
Delivered the same day I ordered it. £19 for a stereo Bluetooth amp that saved me throwing my Mackie reference speakers in the bin. The sound is, well, pretty awesome. Maybe not as loud as my 4x12 Marshall half stack, but very good.Ah, yes, then there are the strange bits I have to mention... Every time you change source, you get a Chinese lady telling you, "Bluetooth" or "line in", etc. This is amusing the first few times but gradually drives you nuts. But the MOST annoying thing is that surrounding the volume is a CONSTANTLY flashing light that changes colour. I mean, really. It's like the smallest disco in the world. We are using this next to our TV, so I'll paint over the completely irritating and bonkers flashing light.A mixed bag really. If I could switch off the voice and the "disco" light I'd buy a couple more of them to bring old speakers I have lying around back to life.As it is, hmm, maybe, I'll see how reliable this one is. They sell for 6.50 wholesale in China, yet it sounds as good as the amp that was in the Mackie speakers and the Bluetooth is far more reliable. I just can't get my head around that.Oh and the plug didn't have a fuse, which is illegal in this country, so put a new plug on it when it arrives. What a crazy world!

Bluetooth range poor
The Bluetooth function cuts out if you move more than 5 metres away with your phoneWhich is disappointing

Good For the Garage
With this little amp I have been able to connect some old stereo speakers that I had in the loft and use them in my garage. The unit is small and doesn't take up much space. The sound quality is decent enough for me in my garage however no acoustic expert. There is a little hum when there is no sound playing not sure if that's just the speakers. This would be easier enough to bring out into the garden for those all important summer parties. Bluetooth connects with no problem and I was going to try and link it up with an old Alexa dot speaker via the Bluetooth so I can play my music via this but through the better speakers.
