Baked few pies for the holidays and needed few pie tins. These were great. The pie tins were sturdy enough to hold the filling. Would definitely reorder again.

Made holiday pies for a crowd. These worked very well. We were able to get 10 slices from each pie and quiche.

I did need to double the pan for heavy items, otherwise just careful handling prevented buckling. Handy for outdoor cooking as is disposable. Lightweight for packing to camp. Even scrambled eggs with cheese, turned out nice. Will buy again.

Good Pans. Just not deep in proportion to the diameter of the pan.

I have a Broil King Keg kamado grill/smoker. Instead of a cast or porcelain heat diffuser, it uses something that looks just like a sheet metal, black painted, paella pan. One fills it with water, and it catches drips of fat and liquids from any meat being smoked, while permitting the indirect cooking necessary for low and slow smoking. Works great, but it gets ferociously burned from the bottom and can leave you with a serious mess to clean out inside the pan, itself. The diffuser fits into a wire basket that hangs below the grill grates, close to the fire. What if you could find an aluminum foil pan that fits the same rack? Well, you can. This is it. When smoking a relatively clean piece of meat, one can use a single one of these pans two or more times. When on a very long, messy, cook, one just crumples the used pan up and gives it a toss, rather than spend at least half an hour trying to revive the paella pan. Thus far, I've noticed no difference in the performance of the grill whether using the paella pan or these foil pie pans. What is "sheerness", by the way, with respect to an aluminum pie pan?
