Boils water super fast with no steam. I’ve used it for weeks now and I let it dry in the dish rack after each use.

Great product. Water boils in about 2 to 3 minutes and as advertised no steam.

I pruchased this kettle a year ago. It arrived in good condition. It perfectly works and indeed boils a cup of water in less than 30 sec, without steam. The "child safety" system also prevent boiling water to get out of the kettle unless you press the "open" button. Very safe. However, after 8 months, some rust started to appear in the inside metal chamber of the kettle. The resin coating started to disappear and rust heads appeared (see pics). The Amazon retailer told me to use some citric acid to stop rust. I tried to contact Tiger Corporation but their wesite is all in Japanese. I left a message but I've never had any feedback. I'll try again with the US Tiger Corporation hoping they are willing to help.EDIT: due to the very poor customer service of Tiger Corp (Japan, USA and Canada, for I've tried the 3 of them) and their persistent unwillingness to recognise an obvious issue on their product, I removed one star from my rating. Thank you.

Product on the site did not state that item is only for certain places thus not able to use in Singapore as the voltage is different. Very disappointed.
