I love to walk, but every sport shoe I've tried has hurt the tops of my feet no matter how I lace them. I stuck these to the tops of my feet and it definitely helped. Then I stacked them with these (PediFix Dexterity Visco-gel Silicone Scar Management Sheets, 2-Count) and my feet are finally happy! These stick to your skin really well. I haven't had any trouble with them shifting on my walks. The moleskin side is not sticky so it's not a problem putting on socks. About once a week I wash them in the sink in warm water with mild soap, let them air dry overnight, and they're as good as new. They're showing a little bit of wear around the edges, but nothing unreasonable considering how many months I've had them and how much I walk.

I discovered this product earlier this year. I stand for up to 12 hours a day for work and have a problem with calluses on the balls of both feet. I've also had bunion surgery on both feet and still have pain. I was looking for plain old moleskin when I saw the ad for this "gel moleskin". It was more expensive but the description said you could wash it and reuse it. I decided to try it and I'm glad I did. You can cut it to size and you really can wash it and use it again. I wear a piece on each foot and my calluses have not returned. It also helps with the pain from my surgery. It feels a little funny at first, but you get used to it. I wear this product every day I work! If I don't, I'm miserable at the end of the day. My sister is a nurse and I'm recommending it to her. I'm still using the original pieces that I purchased, although I have had to trim them up a couple of times (the sticky wears off the edges).
