DC 775 Motor 12V-36V 24V 3500-9000RPM 775 Motor Ball Bearing Large Torque High Power Low Noise DC Motor for Electrical Tools

I made a yarn spinning machine for my girlfriend after the one that she had bought kept breaking down due to the motor burning out every few months. She has used it for over a year and has had no issues with it at all. This I'm using a 12V power supply for it and have had no issues with it, no heating up or not being able to keep up with the workload. Very satisfied with it.

The first motor that I received works great, comes with dual precession bearings, long lasting brushes, strong magnets, good motor wiring, steel shaft and steel body. The HJ-775 Motor operates with very low noise compared to most motors yet, still makes some noise. Motor can operate at only a half of amp min. speed and power up to 2 amps at high speed on my first test. I'm sure it has more power before burning it up. Shafts need better protection for shipments like they use on spark plugs using paper board for protection..The motor mount needs to be made differently as it only comes as a half size type mount. I still like the whole mounts better from other suppliers. I'll just cut the mounts in half and use a mounting brackets. The mounting screws are too long and hit the armature windings that could cause motor failure. My second motor purchase came with bearings, shaft and fan knock out of alignment. It was easy fixed by Clanton Consignment Shop. I still recommend buying the The HJ-775 Motor for the fact that it comes with dual steel bearings.

So got the motor to replacement for IBR for my seado spark and went to test it and it didn't work, fortunately I found 2 little screws they had sent worked it's way into the inside of the motor and froze it up, got them both out. You guy's need to put the 4 screws into a bag so they don't do this, can't be the 1st time it's happened.

The motor on our Dewalt Compact Blower (DVC-100) died in the first season of use. The original motor seized and failed. Fortunately this is stock motor that is easy to replace. This new motor was a 1:1 replacement. Shaft is same diameter but I could not remove the adapter so I just 3D printed a press-fit one for the new motor.Motor has similar performance and works great so far.

Direct replacement for my wife's weed whipper. Saved me $$ by not having to buy a whole new machine. Item arrived quickly and packaged well for the shipment.

Awesome little motors. I have 4 of them now. Perfect for high rpm with great tork projects. I ve used them for lapidary applications, amazing! Just be sure to have proper power supply to get full scope of wat it can really do. An adjustable 9 - 24v works superbly. Believe me I've been thru a lot to finally get full use of my go for project motors:)

Update:After 3D printing a new holder that fits the plate on the motor, I was able to get it installed and it works well.Original Review:Haven't gotten to use it yet because it is not 42mm wide as advertised. It's 44.5mm wide because they have a plate on the outside of the motor.

I like everything about these bad boys! My electric go kart used to dog down on hills with my 550s. 775s make going up hills, like going downhill!
