Returned an got the cheaper model.
We thought we'd upgrade and start using the glass bottles to reduce plastic usage. Very disappointed that they're a different size bottle, smaller capacity and different size screw thread. Whilst we want to move away from the plastic bottles, we'd still like to be able to use the ones we have.Also, the water didn't seem to be as carbonated.Ended up returning the product and reverting to the cheaper model.

After 8 months it is almost impossible to open once the gas has entered the bottle
This worked fine for several months. We have had this for just over 8 months and now we struggle to open the machine after the gas has been ejected into the bottle.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to use it as it was faulty.

Cannot be used in UK!!!
This water maker cannot be used with the standard Sodastream cylinders and the cylinders required to use it are not being sold in the UK - WTH?!?
