Does what it's supposed to do
These are workhorses! There are many factors you should know. It cools down the room as stated. Variable fan settings. You can put in ice for even cooler temperatures. Has different settings for different situations. Remote controller comes with. Easy to drain. I have bought 3 of these. The first one lasted a long time even though it was kept outside. 1 was for garage so we could do our workouts and last 1 for a room in our house. Would highly recommend. Noise level low. Great value for the money.

No response from Honeywell
I tried to attach photos, but system would not accept. The box looked like it had been through a flood or some other disaster; I am surprised it held up enough for UPS to deliver. I paid for a new unit, but this unit is clearly used or refurbished, I can't tell, and I can't get anyone from Honeywell to contact me. I called the 800 number which was a waste of time; you are instructed to email. I did that, twice; still no response. I attached all the photos of the box, and pictures of the unit to my emails. I am irritated and disgusted. This is not Amazon's fault; totally Honeywell; it shipped from them.

Cool!
Yes, the item meets my expectations. I have owned one of these before and recently went bad. I like buying the used/ repackaged items from Amazon. The item was discounted around $100.00 for a damaged box and some extra tape. It was in brand new condition and I could tell that it had never been removed from original box. The styrofoam inside was broken to pieces but the item was perfect. Thank you Amazon!

Not too loud
Don't expect whisper soft but I love this in my doorway at night. The noise puts me out for a good sleep.This is a water cooler not AC so not recommended for humid climates. In Arizona here it's perfect for 1 good sized room.Rolls around on carpet okay. Just push from further towards the floor as not to tip it over.

No cooling at all.
It is like a 20 dollar fan from Walmart. Does NOT cool down anything. Biggest Mia buy of the century. Fan even sounds like it is conking out. Horrible product. Hope I can return it.

Very disappointing
Very disappointed, returned the same day it arrived.

Works well enough but they need to make a better opening for adding water
The water pump and the water distribution chamber work well enough but I wish the fan blew a little bit harder. Also, the plastic door/port on the side for adding water is extremely flimsy and cheap. For costing over 200 bucks it really shouldn't snap off and break so easily.

Life saver for one room when AC went out
Ran for 10 hours with our humidity before filling water, efficient for what was needed in a room
