BPL Medical Technologies Bpl Oxygen Concentrator Oxy5 Neo (White)

We did consider buying this product after a lot of research and visiting many medical equipment sellers in our district. They either had very high prices, in the range of ₹50k+ or they didn't have service centers nearby. Found this device at an authorized BPL dealer (who was selling it for a much higher price) and it looked compact, with good build quality. While using it, we found it to be very low in noise and easy to operate. The oxygen level control is also accurate. We had rented two other devices of much bigger brands for my father in law who is using it, but he had faced dryness in his throat and moisture accumulation at the tip of the cannula. This device did not show any such issues. Highly recommended for its quality and price.

Good product from BPL. We bought the same product 2 years back. No problems till now. Again we bought one more in this month for my mother.

Oxygen is not working and even it's not getting on when we switch on the power button , I'm seriously upset with Amazon services and worst services and they are not ready to replace or refund it is just lying with me , I suggest people not buy any machines like that from Amazon , worst services .
