Needed a new click clack pop up waste as my old one kept sticking. Ordered this item and another company’s product.Sadly Neither fitted despite being exactly the same, but there was no quibble about a refund here and they didn’t want the product back.The other organisation required a return and for such a small item they charged a hefty postage fee which was deducted from my refund amount….This company get full marks, and my thanks.

Easy to fit replacement drain stopper. Does what it should. Would buy again if needed.

The measurements were the same as my pop up, it did not fit.

Work and hide the edges of sink holes where bleach and drain cleaning have taken some of the silver coating off, especially on fittings not solid metal. Look really neat and modern.

Measurements confirmed on tape and against original. Screwed on pushed down, fine. Pushed to bring back up, stuck . Could not open plug. Eventually had to drill this out to remove . Replaced with item from Mu Mianhua same dimensions fitted and worked straight away. Do not trust this item.

This product was perfect to. Replace a dented and broken plug fitted easily without having to replace the whole plug mechanism and comes in pack of 3 so you have spares!!!

Very good quality

Same measurement as the original but fractionally bigger as the plug will not pop up once put down.Returned
