Works for my geriatric kitten
My 18-year-old FIV positive cat, Little Bit, who sstill acts like a kitten, suddenly became very whiny, far too thin and stopped eating more than a few bites. I know quick weight loss in cats can cause fatal health problems so i immediately took her to the vet, believing she had a thyroid issue. He thought so as well. Then the blood work came back and I was devastated to learn she had kidney disease. I have had 4 cats who died from kidney disease, and dreaded what I knew was coming. I researched and found this product. I ordered it along with Epakitin, Kidney Restorer, Cat mix vitamins, probiotics, Simply Gold for renal failure, Salmon oil, and hemp and CBD oil. Little Bit resisted every KD food I tried, but with the addition of a phosphorus blocker and distilled water to her food, I can use her regular canned foods. I add distilled water to her canned food to further increase her fluid intake. Adequate fluid intake is crucial for survival in a cat with renal issues. The distilled water I now give her helps to further eliminate phosphorus from her diet. (If you are using canned food for your cat, no matter how healthy he or she is, stop right now. It is one of the worst things you can feed a cat. A cat will not drink enough water to counteract the lack of fluid in the food, hastening kidney disease in even the healthiest of cats. The dry food is also prone to becoming rancid quite fast and is most likely contaminated with rat and roach feces, bug parts, and many impurities. The worst canned food is probably healthier than a supposedly high quality dry food.) She still whines a lot when she is hungry, but she eats well, plays, looks and acts healthy. She still is too thin but we are working on it. Her kidney values are now absolutely normal. I credit this product and the others I use for her vast improvement. The only thing I do not like is that I can smell the ethyl alcohol. Is it necessary? Other than that issue, I am very pleased. I do wish I could find one product that contains all of the ingredients of each product I am using. Before making changes to your cat’s diet, discuss with your vet. My first vet felt KD dry food and sub -q fluids were the only real treatment options. His philosophy made no sense to me (I have a degree in Biology and have been through Kidney disease with enough cats to know this would not help LIttle Bit. He was sending her home to die. My new vet is supportive of Little Bit’s new regimen.I am now confident that Little Bit has lots of time left and will be able to enjoy it. I love my little 4 legged mischief maker far too much to let her suffer without a fight. So glad I found this product.

Dog coming on 2 yrs old.
This is an update of my first review from July 2019. My dog who was diagnosed with chronic kidney failure as a pup, given 2 yrs to live. She has been on this since then, now July 2021 and still going strong. Full of energy and periodic blood tests have been good, not much change. Don't know if just lucky or if the stuff is really working. Vet says there is no way to tell but to keep her on it. He is very satisfied with blood tests considering her initial testing and diagnosis. I believe it is working based on my experience and other customer reviews. Of course still on a special kidney diet. Would recommend it to anyone having a pet with kidney issues when all else fails. Also, get them started on it as soon as you get the diagnosis. At 8 months old my puppy was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. This was after tons of visit and money to a local vet who in turn sent me to a specialist. Specialist did a CAT Scan with dye and found the kidneys are not shaped properly and dye did not infiltrate all parts of the kidneys. Diagnosis is she will only live 2 years. She is acting very healthy and full of energy. She is on the Amber Technology Kidney Rejuvenator, has been is 10 months old, along with a special food diet. She is due for a follow-up visit in August 2019 to check her status. So I cannot say for sure at this time if this is helping until I find out her blood levels. Concerning the rating I do consider it a little on the expensive side, but it works as well as some of the reviews has said by others it is worth it. Concerning the flavor, my dog has no problems with it what so ever. Not sure what comfort rating means but dog is doing well at this time so that is the reason for the high rating. The final verdict is not in yet, but right now you would not know the dog has a problem. Started out with chronic UTI issues that would not clear up. Since on the Amber Technology Kidney Rejuvenator no more UTI.Update an review of product and Wolf Ranch: My dog still going strong considering the first diagnosis. Periodic blood work every 6 months, vet is amazed and pleased. Unfortunately and American Veterinary Associations has no studies on this, thus the vet cannot say either way if the good results are because of this product. But since she was considered in bad shape as a puppy, and the way she is now, vet says just keep it up.As far as Wolf Ranch, best price through them and fast delivery.

My vet and I swear by this stuff for my guinea pig!
My guinea pig has a history of bladder stones, despite his strict diet of low calcium veggies, filtered water, unlimited timothy hay, 1/8 cup Oxbow pellets. He needed surgery to remove a large bladder stone, but then a month and a half later, he was peeing blood again and crying. I had an xray done and it was another stone, but this one was smaller and could pass. I heard about this kidney rejuvenation stuff and gave it a shot. Within 4 or 5 days of using it, he passed the stone! DO NOT USE IF YOU DO NOT KNOW THE SIZE OF THE STONE! If the stone is too big to pass and gets stuck in the urethra, that is a painful death sentence. This stuff cleanses out the Urinary tract, so it will push the stone out, but only if it's small enough to come out. Get an x-ray done to be sure the stone is small enough to pass. Like I said before, if you use this when the stone is too big, it won't break the stone down, it will just cleanse it out and if it's too big, it will get stuck and be an extremely painful death. I have been using this daily for a year now and my boy had been bladder sludge and stone free! My exotic vet and I are both shocked! I still have to follow a strict low calcium diet and everything else I listed above, but this stuff has helped immensely. I've only had to buy another bottle once because I had the cap off and accidently knocked it off my dresser. TIP: when giving ur guinea pig these drops, put it on an Oxbow Simple Rewards Cranberry Treat, you can buy those at Petsmart or online. The treat absorbs it quickly, it tricks him into getting his medicine, he loves it, and it makes giving meds so quickly and easily.
