It was well packaged and came promptly the only thing I felt wrong with it was it ripped a little while using and need some pads for my knees but worth it for beginners

There really are no drawbacks to this set. Mat is comfortable, as is the block. And of course the strap is helpful for me to gradually gain flexibility.A good value money- wise and it was delivered ahead of the projected delivery date.Very pleased.

The mats are thin and not particularly comfortable but it's the straps I have an issue with. They are described as being suitable for certain poses - no, they're not. For that they need to have a D-ring at one end only, and a second D-ring maybe 12" or so further down the strap thus enabling a loop to be formed for the hand or foot. These straps are useful only as mat carriers.

As a complete beginner, I purchased this set and it has not disappointed! Highly recommend it to anyone starting off as it is perfect!
