Comes packed in a bubble wrap bag, not a box, so roll the dice on not getting a crushed remote. I got 3 with no damage, all work perfectly, all buttons work, I switched from cable to YouTube TV so I tap the right button to fast forward thru commercials hundreds and hundreds of times a day which is why I bought these expecting to burn thru remote buttons so initial thoughts are above expectations. I'll write another review in a month to let you know how the buttons hold up as I am a clicking machine

I didn’t know how to set it up. I read the instructions and my tv was on already when I first started the set up process, I have a Visio d series tv, I had to turn the tv off and on a few times before the set up process worked. The instructions are correct and the remote is flawless. If anyone has trouble setting up their tv, turn the tv off and on a few times or even unplug the tv and plug it back in after about 10 seconds to start the set up process it will work. Definitely worth the money. You will save about 14$ purchasing through Amazon. I’m satisfied.

Buttons dont seem to be as responsive as original.

This remote comes programed to the tv and works like a charm.. previous remotes only worked half the time Nd this one let me do everything it should very happy...
