Load of rubbish been using it twice a day for nearly 2 weeks now and has done nothing. There was no instructions on how to use so had to Google it not a big deal but if it had been for an elderly person they might have struggled. Don’t waste your money.

Received the item and routinely used throughout the summer. Not entirely convinced the device had an impact on my hayfever symptoms

Arrived with no instructions and switches off after 30 seconds I stead of the 5 minutes recommended time of exposure

It is very difficult to write a sensible review on a product when no instructions are included in the package. I am not able to use this produce even without knowing what to do with it.

THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH THERE WAS NO METAL CONTACT FOR THE BATTERIES AND YOU COULD ONLY GET ONE IN AND IT TAKES TWO. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS

No box, no instructions. For 25 pounds I’m not impressed.
