great outdoor refrigerator
Took a chance on this product because all in all it had more positive reviews than bad, and I have searched for months for an outdoor (stainless steel look) refrigerator in this particular size and there is not much out there. We have a non standard (under 24" width) opening in our outdoor kitchen island and the house came with a broken outdoor refrigerator that I needed to replace.I will update the review if anything changes but so far I love it. The size is perfect, I love the variety of compartment types on the door, and while I prefer wire shelving for bottles, the glass is just fine. I chose this to store both glass and plastic bottles, so I may line the glass shelves with some sort of rubber mats or other means to prevent the glass bottles from moving/rolling around when one is taken out.I had a temperature measure and within just a few hours the refrigerator was holding at 38 degrees and it is very hot and humid today (feeling like 95-100 degrees). The dial is easy to use and I only turned it halfway from the minimum temp to maximum temp so right now my assessment is that it cools very nicely and well. The interior seems to be good quality - the plastic and glass shelving is sturdy feeling and I like the lower level bins for food items or anything else you want to store there - they are spacious. I am looking forward to seeing how the interior lighting works once it's dark. I also really like that there is a lock on the door (with two keys) if you don't want anyone to access while you are away or are concerned about children accessing. No dents or damage on the item, it was packaged nicely with hard foam all around it and shipped by FedX, and there was no major damage to the box. Leveling the legs was a little wonky as there was only one adjustable leveling leg, and the other 3 were fixed. I know casters come with it but I didn't want casters on it. We used a wood shim to completely level it, and that did the trick. It likely isn't the unit as we have pavers underneath that are uneven by nature. All in all, so happy I found this item. After a long search I feel it is a great price point for an outdoor rated refrigerator, and hope it lasts a long time!

Purring away. Adding a star.
I'm being cautious. Just arrived. Everything seems OK. There were some indications of hard travel on the box, but no apparent damage except that inside the box we could hear rattling. Undoing the shipping straps and lifting the box off the bottom was simple enough. We found that what was rattling was the piece indicated in the photo. Might be perfectly normal. It appears that it's missing one of the feet, so it rocks. Not too worrisome because we did get the casters and plan to install them.We will do that tomorrow and then put the unit on our lanai, which will be it's home.If anyone is familiar with this piece that seems to be the source of the rattling sound while moving the box.... please comment. So far, it's 3 stars for the missing feet and ominous rattling. More updates to come.Update -Correction: It DOES have its regular feet. For some reason it was just listing. It didn't matter, though because we changed out the feet for the casters. Left it upright overnight, and set it in place on the lanai today. I placed our weather thermometer sensor inside, and when last checked, it was down to 33 degrees. This was after setting the temp knob to about 3/4 of Max.It's quiet - a low hum with a little gurgling every now and then. I did find a couple of VERY minor dings. One isn't really even visible when trying to photograph it. The other I posted a picture of. It's also quite minor. Considering other reviewers' issues with damage I feel fortunate. HOWEVER, we do live near a couple of major distribution centers, so it didn't have a long journey.Summary:CONSVery minor dings - negligible and only visible if you really look.Door latch does not engage. The stationary part of the lock is mounted too far back for the latch to catch it.The part that rattled when moving appears to be there to protect some part of the workings. It doesn't seem to rattle during operation.PROSSeems to be cooling very wellAttractiveSpacious, though we haven't put anything in it yetREALLY like the inside lightIf I could give it 4.5 stars I would. Since I can't give a half star, I'll round down to 4 stars.Update 9/20/23: Added a star and a photo. It's been purring away doing all the things a fridge is supposed to do. Maintaining temp between 33 and 38 degrees. AND my 2-quart pitcher fits perfectly in the door! (See picture)Despite the wonky lock and barely visible dings in inconspicuous places, it still deserves 5 stars. Don't worry. If something happens to change that, I'll update.

Cosmetic Damage But Great Cooling
The outdoor fridge was shipped extremely fast and arrived three days before Christmas and was used to store food used for Christmas dinner. There was damage from shipping as shown in the photo. Three of the four sides of the fridge are packed with foam between the fridge and the box. One side is not and that side was dented. Danny should seriously consider placing foam on all four sides. As far as cooling, after about 1 1/2 days of adjustment it has kept a constant temp of 39 degrees for the past six weeks. I'm happy with the purchase. If not for the dent on the door I would certainly have given this product 5 Stars.
