We mainly use it for the defrosting tray. It's amazing how it works. We love it and have now gifted it to a family member. It is so easy to use and I think it's good value for the price.

This is great! I always forget to thaw out food but this does it in a few hours. Not just meat but also frozen dinners. Very handy to also have a cutting board on the reverse side.

The media could not be loaded. Works well. Takes awhile to unthaw but way better than expected. Thick cuts of meat take a long period of time to I thaw. Would recommend only for average sized meats. Opposite side can be used to cut veggies. Great for meal preparation

Cuts defrost time by ~50%. Important to rotate item for efficient and even surface defrosting.

I was pleasantly surprised that this product works like magic. I've had this product for about a week now and I have used it to defrost chicken and steaks. Both defrosted in less than half the normal time. I wasn't actually timing it, but in less than an hour the meat was defrosted. Great product! I selected this one due to the size. It was the largest. but I could use an even larger board. No complaints here.

The Cutting Board works, and I guess the knife sharpener on the edge of The Cutting Board is good for people who need to sharpen their knives that way. The defroster thing is okay I guess, but I don't think it beats the waterproof Ziploc bag soak method for me. But if that wasn't an option to soak method, then I guess I would prefer to have this over nothing. Certainly if that was the only method I had, I think it would be great. But it's just too slow for me, often times because the amount that I need defrosted, and I do just think it's not quite as fast

Very nice board, think takes a bit longer than stated times, but still love it. I don't use it much for cutting. I also have not used the knife sharpener either. Does work though.
