Q: I have 2 hard boiled eggs each morning, can this do just 2 eggs and how long does it take?

Yes you can but doing more works too if you have 2 each day. They will last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Q: Does cooking eggs in this help them peel easier when hard boiled?

It does for me. Whenever I boiled eggs in a pan on the stove I could never get them to peel easily. With this, after they are done, I sit the tray and eggs in some cold water and they peel very easy.

Q: Why aren't all my eggs not cooking all the way through? I feel like they need an extra two minutes inside but alarm goes off

I let my eggs sit with the cover on after the timer goes off for 5-10 minutes to make sure they are cooked thoroughly, I would start with 5 minutes.
