It's about an inch tall and half inch wide.

The necklace is the perfect size for any woman. Not “godey” very feminine liked so much I got my Mama one. I am sure you’ll like 👏🏾

Q: does it turn in color?

I do not have one of these so I am not aware if this turns at all. It is very beautiful though. I have two bracelets and I do not take them off at all because they are third eye protectors just like this one and it does not turn at all. One of my bracelets is sterling silver with three blue eyes and I never take it off and my other one is a bracelet that is 14K Gold Plated Third Eye with green eyes all the around it and I never take it off only when I had to have surgery then the person who gave it to me had to put it back on because that is where the protection lies. If it breaks, toss it as far away as possible and do not look where it goes and walk away.
