Did not do the job well
Although Dritz has a good name, I was disappointed in the performance of these ball point pins. They were too sharp and difficult to place in my cotton knit fabric. When I moved the fabric with the pins attached they often fell out. They did not seem to be sturdy or ballpoint at all. I will buy another brand for my next project.

Pins Pins Pins - Good Pins for Sewing Needs
This review is for Dritz 75-Piece Long Ball Point Pins by Prym Consumer USA.Purchased these to replace old pins that were bending and had too small of heads. The heads of these are great because you can't lose them in the material, nor are they difficult to pull out while using the sewing machine. Never had a problem with these and they are pretty sturdy. The little plastic container box is very convenient for keeping. Am very pleased with these and have used these for quite some time now and have no complaints like I have had with others. I totally recommend these for any sewing projects as a good large balled pin. Especially for those with arthritis or clumsy hands. A little disappointed
I thought the heads on the pins were going to be larger. The one on the top is what I have and thought I was getting and the one on the bottom is what I got. They'll work but will be harder to handle.

Doesn't work well
They don't look ballpoint. See on the photo next to one of my regular pins. They're equally hard to pin throught lycras and other knits.Didn't bother to return so basically they're a very overpriced set of regular pins.

They are not high quality pins.
I bought these pins thinking they will be great to work with knit fabric. I really do not like them. They are too thick and difficult to insert into the fabric. I rather use my thinner pins.
