Q: How do you turn off alarm and the sound at every hour?

For the alarm i think you can choose MODE to "Alarm" and press the "START" until the 🔔 sign is gone. Every hour beep can shut it off the same think like alarm but the sign is on the right down like volume 📶 until its gone but i pet it ON because its for my son that learning about time so it will help him aware "what time is it now". Hope it helps

Q: Can you take it off military time?

In normal mode, press B to enter setting mode, "seconds" will flash, press D to zero, press C and "hours" will flash. Press D to adjust the "hour" (adjust the cycle mode, "H" appears for 24-hour format, "A/P" or "AM/PM" appears for 12-hour format).

Q: Is there a way to turn on sound? Is our watch broken? The speaker icon is on for chime/beep, but we hear nothing, not even the alarm.

If “ALM/SIG/CH” symbol appears , means ALM/SIG /CH function ON,otherwise means OFF “ALM/ ” appear means ALARM Function ON.”SIG/CH/ ” appear means Hourly Chime function ON
