We used this machine daily to open between 50 and 400 envelopes at one time. It was very loud. Each envelope had to be guided through. There was nothing hands free about it. It died about a year and a half in. I would think for only being used 20-30 minutes per day, it would have lasted longer.

You pay a lot more for a product that works. I had to return a cheaper version but this one is great!

Had to send the letter opener back because it would not work - on our tab, they would not pay for shipping (buyer beware!) Did fix the problem and sent it back on their tab.We use this product to open hundreds of letters a day and it works o.k. does not stack like opened mail, the blade cuts about 85% of the mail most of the time, other 15% are half cuts. Would recommend another product…

This opener worked great until just shy of a year having it. The blade stopped spinning when turned on. Disappointed that it stopped working. Bought this for our office and was hoping to have this for a longer time.

Not really good quality. U have to keep the letter in your hand so it can go straight. Not a good buy
