I needed firm envelope to mail an 8 X 10 photo to a friend and after reading all the reviews (the complaints and the compliments), I settled on this pack of envelopes. I’ve never found a more perfect envelope to mail pictures in! I just slid the8 X 10 picture in with a plain sheet of paper on top of it (they say that’s not even necessary but I did anyway). It has a peel & seal which holds great! There’s a pull tab to open the envelope which is a great idea since it’s a very sturdy envelope! I addressedit and mailed it and it was received in perfect condition. It is nice to be able to mail a photo and not have to worry whether it’s going to get bent or not. I wouldn’t trust any other brand!

I mailed calendars in them. Addressed, loaded and sealed them all days before taking them to the post-office. A few days went by and I noticed they were all popping open and super easy to just open the ones that didn't. So I used tape. Which added to the weight of the item. Otherwise, they're sturdy and worked well.

Super thick and protective poster / photo mailers. Not easy to bend at all. Reasonably priced for six.

Very sturdy for sending photos or important documents.

I am packing up items. I have loads of loose photos! These still folders are great intermediate storage.
