Best purchase I’ve invested in.
You’ll never look back on this decision. Great product that self monitors the production of chlorine.

Working GREAT
This is my second AutoPilot. The first was sun damaged. (I live in South FL) I only have the check my chemicals every few weeks. (If that!)

The Autopilot DNP2 Nano Plus is an excellent choice for salt clorinator
The Autopilot DNP2 Nano Plus is an excellent choice for salt clorinator. I have a 15,000 gallon pool running the pump 8 hours and it works well within the range of 20-25% clorination to keep my clorine reading at level 3. Great product.

Serious over-chlorination design flaw that cannot be over-ridden. High, unacceptable chlorine levels are generated.
Over chlorination is a continual problem that cannot be corrected. The system design is flawed. The chlorine generated will increase based on temperature of incoming water to the system. If there is a solar or other heating source, the temperature of the chlorine sensor mistakenly thinks the entire pool is very hot, and needs more chlorine. Only the small amount of water from the heat/solar unit is hot, and pool is not changing temperatures drastically. Yet, the system continually makes many, many times more chlorine than is needed or acceptable as it adjusts itself upwards. There is not a way to unplug, disable, or bypass the temperature sensor so that the chlorine generated will not change. Neither is there a way to program the unit to stay at a constant chlorine level. This self-adjustment is a serious design flaw. I have called and emailed the company, but was told there is no way to keep my chlorine level at an appropriate, tolerable level because the Nano is programmed to auto-adjust. The system has a serious design flaw. Avoid this salt-chlorine system if you expect to have any control over the level of chlorine generated and put into your pool. Its lack of manual adjustments and over-chlorination flaw makes it a product to avoid. I purchased it 8 months ago, and had it professionally installed. I regret this purchase and suggest others avoid it.
