Useful massage tool
I like them, I use them to apply deep pressure on specific points. The material is very resistant.

These are great for working out trouble areas
For the money, a great buy. Many years ago I was introduced to trigger point releasing from a chiropractor who also specialized in soft tissue therapy. I had a tool similar to the pointy one.Long story short, these can be very helpful for working out problem areas and stimulating blood flow to them. I find the thumb tool, which I affectionately nicknamed it he Moai (from Easter Island), to be more comfortable to hold. However, I use the other pointy one more often.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. The plastic is very strong and there is little worry about these breaking.

Trigger pointer good, thumb saver a waste of time
My old “mother’s helper” got broke, this one looked like it was the same size so I thought I would try it. The bonus tool looked promising. The trigger pointer was fine. It is a little bigger but it works. The thumb protector is a waste. If you can’t feel what your doing; you can’t tell if you are in the right spot.

Well Done!
I bought these because my wife's back is so tense and painful that she needs continued massages. The result is that my hands become overworked and tired. I've used these for a month and the difference is incredible. I still have to use my hands to guide me while using these tools because I can't feel bones but once one of these finds a "knot" in her back, I can massage it out with ease. The shapes are great too because I can use them to get better results than just one of the points or angles provide.

Wow! Best Gadget for Lower Back Pain!
I can’t say enough how well this hard plastic thing makes a difference.I suffer from herniated, bulging discs in L-4, L-5 with severe spinal stenosis. On lots of meds and such as I am not a good candidate for back surgery due to underlying health issues. I was taught to do pressure/trigger points many years ago. At present day, I stumbled upon this thing and thought “why not?” My thumbs and fingers couldn’t get deep into the lower back muscles to press down without my fingers/thumbs ending up in pain. This gadget has made a huge difference. It’s shape and ergonomic handle makes it possible to push deep into the back muscles. I know doing pressure/trigger points can make the muscles feel painful, but once it softens up, and the back feels loose (at least for me), moving around is a bit easier. It doesn’t solve all the pain from herniated/bulging discs, but it does solve that tightness that most people feel. Expensive for hard plastic, but when your desperate to solve those tight back muscles, this certainly does the job! Highly recommend!

Helps those with arthritic hands
I have a hard time pressing hard enough to stretch my psoas muscle and pinpointing facia trouble spots. I'm too impatient with the balls but I do use them on occasion. These two tools allow me to find and work trigger points effectively and the thumb tool allows me to press harder also to stretch and work muscles that are problem spots. I've only just received it but used it last night (it was recommended by my osteopath) and I feel like it helped already based on my movement this morning. Longer use will tell the true story but what I do know it both tools will save my hands.

Surprisingly useful
Didn't think these would help, but they do help save my thumbs when doing massages. The "massage" rings are kinda useless, but for the most part, the thumb savers are good quality.

Awesome little gadgets
I have a Theragun and it’s wonderful, but sometimes that super hard percussive massage isn’t what’s needed. I use these to work out the fascia in between professional massages and it’s great. It saves my fingers and hands and my partner loves it too. I need really deep massage and this helps him accomplish that without his arms, hands and fingers getting tired and hurting. It’s perfect for neck, upper back, chest, arms, hands, feet, calves, etc. and I use my Theragun on the larger muscles.Highly recommend these little guys for maintenance or even to work out a stiff neck on your own!
