Ombre Rose By Jean Charles Brosseau For Women. Body Cream 6.7 Ounces

I was very disappointed with this cream. The texture is almost spongy. I have to dig deep in order to get any cream on my hand. I think it's an old jar of cream. I wont ever purchase a body cream again from Amazon. Because I didnt know the policy for a return and had no number to speak with a representative I accepted the fact that the wherehouse is storing out of date body cream.

Smells beautiful and rosey with a powder scent in it. However, it doesn't last more than an hour. You have to keep re-applying it throughout the day.

I've been purchasing this product for my wife for many years. Recently, the product arrived boxed as usual and appearing the same, until opened. This is NOT the original formula .. it is thick and gel like, not smooth an creamy. It has a mild aroma but not the strong scent it had in the past. I don't know if this is a new formulation or just part of a bad batch [although I tried a different source and got the same thing]. In both cases, I returned the product for refund.I hoping its a temporary thing and that I'll be able to order the product in a few months and get the same as always. If not, then I'll have to drop this as a product.

The presentation I recieved is different form the one y asked, However I believe the one I received is equivalent and I am OK.

I've known about Ombre Rose for a long time and wanted to give my girlfriend something special. She had never heard of Ombre Rose and when she love its scent immediately. At first she thought that she should wear it on special occasions but, I told to wear it whenever she wanted. It matches her body scent perfectly.

Personal use for everyday

I was so excited to have found one of my favorite scents again. I received the product within an appropriate amount of time. Unfortunately, when I opened it up to smell it, I was upset by the initial smell. I figured my senses had forgotten the original smell. The product smells stale, and old like it has been kept on a shelf since the 1980's. I have only used it a couple of times because I can't get past the initial "old" smell. Now I am stuck with a $40.00 product, and trying to figure out how or where to use this stuff so that I haven't been totally ripped off.

Happy they are still making Ombre Rose. One of my favs, Larger jar than I anticipated so it will last a long time. Love it!
