Good quality and nice packaging
Overall I'm happy with product, but in my case I have Bose QC35 (v1 not v2, not sure is there phisical difference). Ear pads that cover electronic are little to small. Overall that doesn't matter because it is hard to see and I don't feel plastic with my ears. (I can't give photos here why...)

I wish it had better instructions
The feel of the cushions are good, and it looks awesome, the coloring, the feel, the quality is good and is as expected. Though, it took me a while to install them, since the instructions weren't clear enough, I just wish the instructions were clearer.

Very good , as good as the original
I just wish someone creates the ear pad with real leather then it wouldn’t wear off that easily.Anyway these are as good as the original that came with the headset

A good mid-tiered offering!
I've used a QC35 for the last 3 years now and I've used it more than most. Which is why, I shouldn't have been surprised when the ear cups on my beloved headphones came apart at the seams.I used the tattered headphones for a couple of months but with increasing discomfort. Finally, I decided to buy a new pair and chuck the old ones out, when I noticed that Amazon was selling replacement cups for my model. This is a godsend, especially for those who find the price of Bose products a bit too high in the market. I'm sure if I took my headphones to the Bose store they would have charged me at least 250 dhs to replace my ear cups. They're not available online and the price is a bit too high for a 2 minute replacement job. This product is for less than half the price and does not ruin the aesthetic of the headphones. It comes well packaged with enough instructions to make the replacement easy. You've just got to rip out the old cups and put in the new pads and cups, which just click into place easily. If you're more of a visual person, then they've got detailed videos showing you how to DIY the whole process. The quality of the ear cups come close to the original, though it isn't the same. I've been using it for the past 2 days and while the cups are comfortable, they don't equate to the original Bose cups. They're a little stiff and will take getting used to, maybe with use they will soften up a little (a process known as "being broken into.")But, you get what you pay for, and so, for 140 dhs I think these are absolutely brilliant. They make my QC35 look brand new, they're somewhat comfortable and you don't have to break the bank to get the ear cups replaced. Most of all, it's saved me the astronomical sum of at least 1000 dhs, which I would have to pay if I decided to buy a brand new pair of headphones. So, do yourselves a favor and get these replacement cups and extend the use of a really good Bose product without feeling ripped off. While there are cheaper, generic replacement cups available, I feel that the quality may not be as good as this one. I've checked online reviews on other websites and found Wicked Cushions have a good standing and satisfaction rate.I do realize that the value of money is relatively different for everyone (socio-economic status, hype value etc.) which is why, this is a slightly subjective review which focuses on cost and the subsequent value offered. YMMV.

OK for the price. Definately NOT an 'upgrade' from the originals.
Although these are a good fit and do the job, on reflection I should have not 'cheaped' out and just purchased the Bose genuine replacements. It's just annoying that the original Bose cusions don't seem to last very long before the foam blows out. C'mon Bose, can you please do somethng about this?I have the early QC 25 phones and these replacements from Wicked fit perfectly. I did not need to use the replacement speaker 'covers' (which Wicked supplies) as the originals are still in perfect condition. In fact, the new style speaker covers are not the same as the 25's and so they wouldn't have fit anyway. The only drawback I see with the Wicked cushions is that they are not as thick (deep) as the originals and so the phone cups (and therefore the speakers) sit closer to the ears. However, this doesn't seen to affect the noise cancelling function or the sound quality of the phones in any way that I can notice, but they are not quite as cushy on the ears.Overall, for the price, I am happy. Depending on how long they last, I may or may not purchase the Bose originals next time around.

Disappointing
Unfortunately we fell at the first hurdle with this purchase. 1. They are meant to be compatible with QC35ii and are advertised as such but clearly weren't. The blue mat was too small and the cut makes it unuseable. It should be a full circle. And I got two right mats so one of them wouldn't have fit anyway. Have returned them. (Thank you Amazon for making returns easy.)

Customer service is king
So whilst my original review was highly negative, I've since been contacted by the owner of the company to resolve my issue - and was he super helpful! This is what separates Wicked Cushions. They sent me a replacement pair, exactly fitting the QC25, for no extra cost, in the colour of my choice. The reason the inners from these did not originally fit was that these are largely compatible with the QC25's i.e. the cups fit, but the inners require a bit of finessing. However, Or (the founder) and his team designed to, rightfully, suggest these cups are compatible so that people like me would have a wider choice in cups. The quality of the cups are amazing. They are now beautifully softened up, like butter on a warm day, and they feel just as good.Highly recommend and would not hesitate to recommend these to friends or family or even YOU!

Just as good as the originals.
Great cushions that feel and perform exactly like the Bose ones. I wore them first time on a trip for more than 6 hours in a row and they feel just as comfortable, which was my only fear before I placed the order.Other than that, they are supposed to be significantly more durable due to the use of stitching rather than just glue, but I will have to find that out in the future. Installing them is not difficult, but make sure that you watch a video before you do it.Not much more to say, really. They put Bose replacement cushions to shame with that price and I am a happy customer.

Not great quality at all
The packaging is good, as are the instructions on how to change the cushions and they have even made quite a useful video showing how to change them. They also come in some good looking colours that Bose don’t do.But the cushions themselves just feel cheap and poor quality, they aren’t as well padded as the Bose cushions and they aren’t as soft. Considering there is only a £5 price difference between these cushions and the real Bose ones, these just aren’t worth it. They are getting returned and I’ll buy the real ones from Bose.
