VantecM.2 NVMe PCIe x4 Adapter with ARGB Heat Sink (UGT-M2PC12-RGB)

Wasted 30 minutes assembling and installing this device to find out that only 1 of the 6 RGB worked.Not gonna waste my time trying another one. I just returned it.Too bad, it was a nice concept.My Samsung 960 Pro nvme worked just fine in the bracket, so that part worked and there a few different thickness thermal pads to make a perfect contact with the heat sink, so that was also good.My unit did not work, but it could be a one off.I tried the device on two different 5V ARGB motherboards with same defect showing.

Works very well for adding an extra nvme drive. My favorite part is the quality of materials and heatsink. This stays super cool even in my dell alienware r12 heat box case. My main target is great cooling and I was worried about that for my alienware and this outperformed my other cases heatsinks when it comes to cooling.

-Sits crooked in a x16 slot, may be fine in a x4-Rgb is an eyesore. Not an rgb hater, its just that bad.-Read/write speeds are pretty good.

In the picture provided i have theres to SSD's the samsung one is attached to my motherboard directly at 54C The Tforce is what i used on this product! 14C cooler what a huge difference! Im running Rimworld and OSRSHD directly off it that are Cpu heavy also on google chrome with all my monitors. Led is a nice touch Assembly was acquired but was not difficult took me 5 minutes to set it up! They do that based on your Tower aka PC case. They thought of everything! Will look for them for more products next time just to see if they have anything!

Works as I hoped it would. It includes a hefty heat sink and thermal pads. While it has RGB lights I don’t have it connected and can’t comment on their functionality.
