I like these. They appear to have good, helpful ingredients. Flavor is subtle, mint. Some say they are chalky but I'd say only a little bit if you let them sit on your tongue too long. If you let it dissolve a little swish and swallow and repeat, it doesn't get chalky. It doesn't bother me in any case. (I bought another kind (NOW) and they were not chalky and dissolved fast. I did not get the feeling they lasted long enough nor reached all areas of my mouth.) As I have a severe case of periodontal disease, I won't know for a while if they are helping but I am hopeful they will. They dissolve slowly so be prepared. I take one before my 30 min walk and by the time I get home, it is gone.

Compared to other brands I've tried, this one is very chalky and harder to dissolve. The tablets are large like TUMS but take well over 25 minutes to dissolve. Leaves my throat so chalky that it makes cough. Hated it so much that I don't know if it worked or not.

I had Candida in my mouth, after fighting systemic Candida in my overall body and conquering that. The oral Candida caused me to have "dry mouth," which led to cavities, before I was told this was what was causing my dry mouth.This supplement crowded out the fungus and, together with a completely sugar-free diet, remedied the situation.

I like this brand better than others I've tried. The tabs take some getting used to, but I think these work best for my body chemistry.

Good product but I think the tablets are too big. I cut into four sections.
