Great demonstration of wind to power.
Itβs great demonstration piece, a lot the time a little pricey.

A neat gadget, but not all it is claimed to be
If you put it close to your mouth and blow into the blades, the generator produces enough power at the required voltage to light up the LED that is provided. With the aerator removed from my laundry sink faucet, I got a strong enough stream of water to light the LED.The turbine blade is shaped somewhat like the rotor of a Francis turbine, but it would be very challenging to make a housing of the required shape and make a working turbine. This gadget can be used to demonstrate the generation of electricity by either air flow or water flow, but it doesn't do it in a way that very closely resembles the real thing. The generator produces alternating current, not direct current. The LED blocks the current from flowing in one direction and passes current in the other direction thus producing light. I measured about 3 volts AC output with nothing but the meter connected. The turbine blade is about 28 mm in diameter and 12 mm long. The generator is approximately a 12x12x12 mm cube

Mini wind/hydroelectric turbine.
Great product for projects/teaching.A little bit on the small side though.Already assembled and ready to use is a plus.Able to remove turbine impeller is a nice feature if you want to customize your own.

Doesn't work with normal water pressure. You need an air compressor to make it wort!
I tried to used for my daughter's hydroelectric science project. doesn't mater how good is your water pressure, the light is not going to light up. I used my multimeter to check the voltage generate and was verily registering in the one thousand of a volt. You can get it going with an air compressor, but it is pretty useless.
