Item arrived well protected and pack securely. Turns out it was shipped from Europe, Poland, took awhile to arrive due to the pandemic. It was worth the wait. It is heavy since it is casted in concrete. pictures on line show two pieces, I thought I would have to assemble the item once it arrived, but it was a single piece stature.Looks great with my other pieces I brought on amazon

Despite all the bubble wrap in which it was swaddled, the product arrived damaged. It was seriously chipped in three different locations, which must have been the case before it was packed. While this could be overlooked from a distance, in addition I was dismayed to discover that one of the corners of the eaves had completely broken off (which likely happened during transit).I was hesitant to purchase this product for the very reason I cited; in general it is better to select something you can handle and inspect at a garden center or nursery, but this design was the only one I found that remotely resembled what I envisioned for the Zen garden I was installing, so I took a chance. Sometimes a gamble doesn't pay off - and the prospect of mailing something that weighs over 30 lbs back and hoping for a refund seemed too daunting. But potential buyers should be aware of what they are in for.
