Does not work with Mx 500
Right connect, but only does 24 volts. Need to be 36v. False advertising. Stay away.

Listing said it would work , did not
The listing said this was an upgrade on the old charger. Plugged into the electric razor dirt bike and would not charge the batteries. Batteries are new. Didn't work for me.

Never worked
By the time I got around to using this for my grandsons dirt bike the window to return was closed and it does not work. Battery’s are brand new and completely dead now and when you plug this in the light is green. Left on for 12 hours and nothing. Very unhappy with product.
