...these things are awesome for making sliders. These are the rolls they use at Shake Shack and I absolutely love them. Best sliders in the world right here...just take a cake baking pan and a couple pounds of 80/20 ground beef and flatten it out like your making brownies with it in the pan. I usually fine chop some onion, add a couple eggs, some garlic breadcrumbs and a few other spices and mix it up before putting it in the pan. Then put it in the oven until it's done - usually about 20 minutes at 350 or so. When you take it out, it will shrink up...but should be relatively square and then you can put them on the buns. So now you have nice even coverage and meat that is the same thickness across the board. Put the buns with the meat now back into the oven...I spread a little butter on the tops of the buns and add some garlic salt or sesame seeds and then put it back in the oven just enough to melt the butter - you don't want the buns to crisp up really.
