great product simple to use
the grill is great, so easy to install and use, very high quality. The only disappointment was the delivery, This item was shipped to me at a business location ( gated community ) the item was abandoned in the middle of a lane way beside a locked gate at the rear entrance to the business ( as it was possibly not open, even though opening hours were supplied with the order ). Luckily it was found by a passing worker at the business, This was appalling service

Sturdy build and easy to use
I wanted a built in grill and soon realized that most tend to go for a premium, especiall when compared to portable grills. General online reviews for this grill indicated it is a solid choice and even moreso given this price point (towards the lower end in terms of cost). The unit seems well built, sterdy, and easy to install. The shipping used worked out well, the shipper communicated well, the sell communicated well.

Faulty Temperature Gauge
Everything about this grill is fine except for the faulty temperature gauge. I reached out to Blaze for a solution, but they sent back a BS response. I'm now using an off-the-shelf oven gauge hung inside the grill to indicate the correct temperature. The built in Blaze gauge is literally 200F off and they're telling me this is "normal."I just threw out a $200 Charbroil grill that barely lasted 2.5-years and the gauge worked great. You'd think for $1,600 Blaze could figure this out. I'd buy a Coyote if I had the option to buy the grill over again.

Delivered as promised
BBQ arrived in a create and packaged well. The thing is heavy which is a sign it’s made well. Have no used it but will post pics once the bbq island is completely finished.
