This pen set is stunning! I chose the blue/green one and it came with a glass rest and a little bottle of shimmering blue/green ink. It was purchased as a gift for a hostess on a trip I was going to take that never came about, so now it is mine!

Beautiful gift for that journal writer

I had got one of the red flower ones. When it had arrived it had been very well packed. It was packed in a box with a sponge like packaging making tight and secure holding the pen a rest plate and a bottle of ink snuggling in the box at a safe distance from each other. Even the boxes lid had it on it. Most of the boxes of other fragile quill pens that I had gotten had not. They could have left it at that but they secured in in bubble wrap to cover all of said box before sending it out in the package. Not even the box had been damaged. And the pen seems to write very fine. I look forward to the possibility of getting another some day.

Edit to original review:I feel like I need to add that the company contacted me about the ink and offered me a refund or product replacement. Because of this I feel like I should add another star since they cared enough to try to make the issue right.The pen is great. It holds a good amount of ink. It is a little sharp, but you don't want to use much pressure with a glass pen anyway. My issue is the ink itself. When I opened the package, I noticed there was some ink where the ink vial was laying, so I thought maybe it had leaked a little. But, when I picked the vial up to close the lid, after testing the pen,the entire glass bottom fell out. So, of course, all of the ink went all over my floor and my leather Tul notebook. So, now my floor has a red ink stain and I will have to replace my Tul cover. I would definitely not give this to someone as a gift for that reason. You will have an angry recipient if this happens to them.

I was surprised how well this one writes and how long the ink flowed. It's elegant and fun. People that like dip pens are sure to enjoy.

I ordered the blue flower pen and got the black sparkle one. I bought this as a gift and had limited time to work through the kinks of getting it replaced so im just going to keep it. In terms of quality, The pen looks to be well made and it arrived in good condition and on time. The packaging does a good job at keeping everything in place, as to not cause breakage. I would've given it 5 stars if I had gotten the right one.

This dip pen is so cool! It writes smoothly is easy to hold and beautiful! The ink is vibrant and easily cleans up with just water.
