Overall it is an Excellent product. For installation I had to call professional help but overall easy to use , super user friendly and convenient !

I have bought two of these. I first set up the system on a test bench to get an idea of how it works. This was a big help. The wiring was simple. Just follow the colors. I used a solid 18 gauge wire from the control, to the other wires and a wire nut for the make up. The small terminals to screw down all the wires was too difficult.The system set up for programming was simple once I printed out the code sequence on a larger piece of paper in a larger font. The *999999#, followed by the direction you want to go. I set up 10 rfid fobs , 6 cards, four personal four digit codes in about 10 minutes.

This system is a GREAT value. Paired with the key fob remote, it has worked very well. The customer service / technical support has been outstanding. I would not hesitate to order again.

I installed this on outside metal gate, sprayed Flexseal on the magnetic lock, used a doorbell switch mounted near the gate and made an enclosure for the waterproof keypad. Only thing i disliked was the red LED and keypad alphanumeric backlight keeps blinking and will not turn off. I contacted their customer support and they confirmed it will always be blinking,which is a design mistake. Installation ease is dependent on your skill level but the manual is basic enough to be understood.Lol. i used a Cat5 underground cable. Hope it lasts but replacement is cheap enough.

Nice little setup for the price. Everything was easy to install (with the right tools) and works as advertised.

After four months it no longer works, it loses its configuration.

Equipment is well made. Wiring diagrams could use some improvement, but useable. Installed and working well.
