Bought this on recommendation from a family member when discussing the annual patio clean. I applied it neat with a brush, left it overnight and then jet washed it off the following morning. It made light work of all the black spots and grime, never seen the patio and drive so clean & it was definitely easier. This is not a cheap product but dose save time and make it easier! You definitely need a mask if applying this neat

I gave the review a 4 out of 5 stars, it would have got 5 if the supplier had dispatched the product as advertised in 1 20ltr container as a-posed to the 4 5ltr ones I received, it just meant messing about & more to dispose of at the end!The product works, & my blocks pavers on my driveway were heavily infected with Black algae Lichen, after pre-jet washing to remove heavy soiling & bulk black spot, I then allowed it to dry out, & then liberally sprayed the entire driveway, left it all day, then jetted it off, the driveway now looks new & free of the spores & mess !

I just sprayed it on neat went really far 2x5 l did this whole area then a diliot at front similar size areas. Still some black spots left most it come off. Didn’t power wash afterGood product cheaper than old stuff I used

This stuff is well worth the money. I mixed some in a bucket with some water and put it on my slabs. Left it for a few seconds and washed off and scrubbed a bit. Very quick working.

Getting older, did not fancy jet washing the drive etc, so a little research and hey presto, use Sodium Hypochlorite. Its very strong so always use PPE and read the safety data sheets, also old clothes are a good idea as it bleaches anything it touches. You can see from the pictures, the drive was sprayed with a mixture of 6-1, by the time I had walked the length of the drive it had done its job. Quick wash down with the hose and that's it, done. No re-sanding required as you haven't blasted everything with a jet wash. Best of all was the fact of no mess to clean up, it took a fraction of the time a jet wash takes and you get immediate satisfaction of a job well done.This is a very strong 15% chemical, use caution and follow the guidance.One happy customer.John
