This film is amazing, it helps keep my first floor cooler in the summer, during the day time noone can see in as long as it is bright out, and instructions were pretty straight forward. However, with all that said. this is not the easiest film to get onto your window if you are looking for a near perfect look. it will take 2 people to make it easier and the edges will be hard to do. aside from that. if you want some day time privacy while leaving your blinds up. these are a great option.

The opacity is VERY efficient with the mirror effect once the inside is darker than the outside.

no where does it say to not use on double pane windows but it's pretty clear from the picture that these actually dramatically increased the heat of the glass on mine. I applied it to the top and not the bottom and that was the result, A 20 degree difference in the glass. dangerous product do not buyeven if you have single pane, this product is not great. it barely reduces light and is also difficult to apply. you would also have to have a near sterile environment to not get anything on the adhesive side before putting it on your windows.

It doesn’t get as hot inside now as these front windows are best by the sun all day and I needed the added privacy so this was a great purchase. Definitely great performance, size, and durability. People who don’t have experience with a similar product may find installation more difficult but it was easy for me and they look great. I’d definitely recommend to anyone seeking similar results.

It's a great concept. It took almost five minutes to peel the laser thin backing so that I could stick it on the glass. I was starting to think maybe there was no peel-off. There was. And once I peeled that off it was like hair with uncontrollable static cling. It came to life this thing- and not in a good way. I finally wrangled a corner into the corner of the window and pressed the rest of it over the remaining part of the window as best I could. It keeps some of the heat out, and I have like a fun-house mirror now where the window is. I can see out through the film, idk if anyone can see back in. We have workmen doing something with the bricks so, I hope they can't see in. Would I buy again? No. I wouldn't.

I have a window that measures 72 in across by 52 in tall. I started on one side of the window and followed the instruction with water only and was difficult to move the film because it sticks. After several tries I finally got it to where I wanted it. I couldn't find my squeegee (?) so I used a credit card. I was able to remove most of the bubbles. Be careful that the film does not fold too much because it will leave a creese and will not smooth out.The second window I added dish soap which made the film move to where I wanted it to go. I used the proper tool to get the bubbles out and was much easier. No issues.I recommend that you use a spray bottle and add dish soap to the water. About a table spoon full. I hope this info helps.

I followed all the steps listed in the instructions. They view you get from the window is blurry and have lots of small dots all over the window. I tried as much as I could to wipe everything down and still looks terrible. This tiny which is made to clearly see outside and block outside to inside view is not good. The other staff this seller also sells where blocks the two way view might be better as you can no see all the imperfections that are left after installation. So disappointed. I wanted $40 dollars because I guess I can’t return after installation.
