Great railing, but buy your own anchors
Railing was shipped & arrived quickly. Kit contained M10 (10mm) anchors. Nearly impossible to find a 10mm masonry drill bit in the U.S., and another reviewer had cautioned that the provided anchors were crap and strongly recommended not using them. So I put the provided cheap anchors aside and purchased Red Head Trubolt 3/8" x 2-1/4" wedge anchors ($12.98 for 15), and a Bosch 3/8" concrete/masonry bit ($7.98) from Lowe's. These worked perfectly and provided a great installation onto my precast concrete steps. Note, however, that these anchors have a threaded post and a nut, rather than a bolt, and required use of my cutoff saw to cut off the excess threads after installation. The railing itself assembled and installed easily, and I am quite pleased with the quality and sturdiness. I would have rated "Easy to install" 5 stars if the provided anchors had been 3/8" instead of useless metric, and higher quality. For "Sturdiness" I was hesitant to rate 5 stars since this is a lighter weight aluminum railing, and just simply won't be as strong as some available railings. However, the installed railing is sturdy, and I am quite pleased with it. I would definitely buy again.

Sturdy
I added this handrail to the step on our hot tub to give us something to hold onto while getting in and out in the winter. Super easy assembly and installation. It has held up well and not rusted or discolored over the harsh conditions we have in the North.

Very nice for the price
It was easy to install and looks great. We had to purchase bolts made for wood, but no big deal. We will be installing more in the near future.

Good for the money
Does a good job for the money. Provides a stable rail for my front steps. Blends in well without a lot of hassle.

Beware faulty hardware
I bought 2 of the same railing. One package looked like it was a return and there was loose hardware in the box. The one with the loose hardware had longer bolts as opposed to the shorter bolts compared in the pic. The problem with the longer bolts is that they won't anchor correctly in a deck which is likely why the item was returned. The shorter one will anchor in a deck but the anchor is so poorly made that not all of them anchor well. Instead I spent $25 on some proper redhead anchors that made a trustworthy mount. Unfortunately it took me twice as long as it should have to install these on a 102 degree day so I wasn't happy about it. Obviously the manufacturer knows the anchors sent are too long and remedied the situation on the second unopened package but neglected to put the right anchors in the package when reselling the product and just sent it back out. Do yourself a favor and buy a better product or be prepared to purchase some proper anchors for safety's sake.

Product was missing parts; Vevor communication was bad and I never got my missing parts
I like to think that the product would have been easy to install, sturdy, and stable, but I may never know unless I match the missing parts (bolts, nuts, etc.) with what's available at a hardware store. I contacted Vevor and tried to work with them through their online customer support forms, but it became a huge headache when I couldn't submit my responses. Their customer service phone line didn't work. End result: the window to return has closed, and I don't have a handrail installed. Sucks to be me, I guess!
