This product from brand ‘4700BC’ under its ‘Gourmet Popcorn’ range of products contains ‘mushroom popcorn’ (19%) drizzled with molten white chocolate (26%), and flavoured with ‘cranberry’.The packaging and presentation of the product are impeccable. The ‘tin’ bears a ‘premium’ look. The popcorn has a beautiful ‘crimson’-like hue to it.When unopened, the ‘tin’ immediately emits a pleasant ‘aroma’, akin to that of freshly chopped berries.The popcorn has bits of dried cranberry fruit embedded into it, which also have the molten white chocolate drizzled onto them.The popcorn is crunchy, while the dried fruit bits are ‘chewy’, thereby ensuring textural contrast.The popcorn is held together, but separates easily upon consumption. It does not have too much of ‘hulls’ or ‘popcorn skins’: which tend to stick to one’s teeth and may even cause dental issues if not attended to.The white chocolate and cranberry components are equally felt in terms of flavour. They complement each other very well.The white chocolate component is of good quality. It is smooth, slightly ‘milky’, and creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness.The cranberry flavouring does not come across as ‘artificial’ upon taste.The cranberry bits enhance one’s experience when consuming the popcorn. They possess the expected ‘fruity’ flavour and ‘tangy’ aftertaste.Each and every popped kernel is well-coated with the requisite components.I have had ‘mushroom popcorn’ in different flavours via ‘4700BC’ and ‘The Crunch Box’ in 2018-19. ‘Snowberry Crispy Pops’ offered by ‘The Crunch Box’ was my ‘favourite’ at that point in time.This product, with a product concept similar to that of the ‘Snowberry’ one, albeit replacing strawberry with cranberry in terms of execution, also ‘ticks’ all the right boxes. It is my new ‘favourite’ among the variants offered by ‘4700BC’.This opinion is collectively shared by my family and friends, with whom the popcorn product(s) have been tasted.The ‘tin’ the popcorn is packaged inside of is ‘reusable’. It is quite sturdy, and can be utilised for storage of household items post-sterilisation, though this entirely depends on personal preference.The popcorn makes for a satiating ‘snack’, especially when watching movies. It can also serve as a great ‘gifting’ option.Overall, this product is well worth the purchase.

While the flavor is really tasty, it doesn't taste like cranberry. It has a strawberry flavor, but it does have a few dried cranberries in it. The most shocking thing is that it contains coffee/caffeine. I can't stand the taste of coffee and don't consume any caffeine, but I will admit that the strawberry flavor covers up any coffee taste. Not sure why there is coffee in it, but for people who do not consume coffee/caffeine, this product is not recommended. Nor would I recommend for children.
