This is a high quality, easy to use weighted jump rope. Works really well and burns calories faster than running. Easy to work into a weight training workout to keep heart-rate elevated, or supplement other workouts with quick cardio burst. This is easy to travel with on business trips, making quick, efficient workouts possible away from home.

Durable and high-quality jump rope. Just by looking at it and handling it, I can already tell that much thought was put into creating this rope. Still, I'd avoid using it to jump on hard surfaces like concrete without a jump rope mat only because you'd want your equipment to stay in shape (pun not intended) for as long as possible.

Overall looks really good, but I got a broken cap...is there is a way to get a cap replacement?

I really, really like this jump rope. It makes my workout even a little more challenging. The handles are good quality. The ball bearings are nice and the rope is weighted and thicker than other jump ropes.

Overall, a quality, well-built rope for the price. Or at least I thought so until I unscrewed the handles to adjust the rope length. The plastic caps you use to adjust the length of the rope arrived broken, and this was before I even used it! Can I get new caps or do I have to return the whole rope?

The media could not be loaded. I’m a Feecco jump rope fan! Started with their 1/2 lbs rope when I started jumping last year, then added this 1-lbs rope as my proficiency improved.Since this is a heavier rope, I feel it in my arms more + a lot more strength/endurance is needed to jump. This rope makes for an effective workout!Lastly, this rope quality is very durable…no issues since purchasing. Only thing I do occasionally is adding a little oil in the handle/bearing area, so the spin stays fast. Great price, better workout!
