Q: Any issues with opening it after a plane ride? I didn't see a pressure release.

There is a small pressure port behind the clip on the front where you latch it. When you undo the seal it will release pressure automatically before you fully open the case.

Q: Where are Ruck Series Cases made?

I had the same question so I reached out to Pelican. Their response was, “The Ruck cases are made in China, but still have the Pelican Lifetime warranty.”

Q: How many cigars in the R40 with Boveda pack? If using something around 50 or 54 gauge cigars?

If you put cigar foam tray in there and want to take care of them right you could fit at most 10. 2 trays stacked. 1 with 4 and 1 with 5 would be best.

Q: Does this fit an iPhone 14 pro max?

Yes, unless you have your iPhone in a bulky case. Then it might not. FYI: Interior dimensions of the R20 are 7.1” long x 3.4” wide, and 2” deep.
